Hey it's ya girl Michelle! I'm so excited to help you crush your fitness goals and have a blast doing it! Whether you're new to group fitness or a seasoned pro, my classes are designed to make fitness fun, engaging, and accessible to all. Together, we'll push through challenges, celebrate small wins, and stay motivated every step of the way.

My goal is to help feel strong, confident, and energized both inside and outside the gym. From step aerobics to strength training, you'll find a supportive community that thrives on lifting each other up.

Hey everyone! I’m Crystal, your Body Works coach, here to bring energy, strength, and motivation to every class! My workouts are designed to help you tone, build muscle, and push past limits—all while keeping things fun and upbeat.

Whether you’re just starting or looking to level up, I’ll make sure you leave class feeling strong, empowered, and ready for more. Let’s move, sweat, and grow together—I can’t wait to see you in class! 💪✨

Yoga & Zumba Instructor: Alma F.

 

Alma is a dedicated Fitness and Nutrition Coach with over 16 years of experience in a variety of fitness formats, including Zumba, toning, yoga, meditation, and specialized programs for seniors and kids. She also offers nutrition coaching, focusing on the fundamentals of healthy eating and cooking. Passionate about giving back to her community, Alma volunteers for schools and fundraisers, helping to promote wellness and inspire others. A lifelong resident of the Inland Empire, she is deeply committed to both her profession and her local community. Married for 30 years and a proud mother of two daughters, Alma combines her love for fitness with a strong sense of family, encouraging others to live healthier, happier lives.
