Erin P. Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

Training with Erin is about more than changing your body; it’s about building confidence in how you move, train, and feel in your own skin. She believes every client deserves results and the ability to walk into the gym feeling capable, informed, and supported.

Erin creates a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable learning, asking questions, and challenging themselves. Regardless of experience level. She takes an individualized approach to training, recognizing that no two bodies, lifestyles, or goals are the same. Each program is designed with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and long-term progress, while still encouraging clients to push beyond their comfort zones in a realistic and supportive way.


Her training specialties include weight loss, muscle hypertrophy, body recomposition, and overall health improvement. Erin places a strong emphasis on building both physical and mental strength, helping clients leave each session feeling accomplished, confident, and proud of what their bodies can do.


Outside of the gym, Erin is a mom to two daughters, and family plays a major role in her life. Because of this, she has a special passion for working with other moms, particularly those looking to rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in their bodies after having children. She understands the challenges of balancing fitness, family, and self-care, and enjoys helping women create routines that fit into real life.
